Is the female workforce a dispensable workforce or not can be better explained in this discussion. To start with it can be said that the female workforce has become quite dependable in any industry. This proves the whole concept about female workforce which was prevalent in yester years completely wrong. Today women are present in all fields and have demonstrated to be successful by all means.
It has been observed in the past that female workforce has given an impetus to the economy of any country. It was only after the World War II that women started coming out of their shell and joined workforces. Soon the world started to look at them in a way beyond a homemaker. The fairer sex actually helped nations out of the Great Depression as well. Soon their contribution started to be looked as an important part of the society.
Now it looks like as if the female workforce has become an imminent part of any industry. The argument should be based on the fact whether they are better than men or not. It should be considered that if they join forces the world will evolve into a developed planet that no one can destroy ever for sure.
These days most of the sectors have become dependent on the female workforce to some extent. Some of these sectors believe in equality of the genders for which there are laws safeguarding their interests as well. The only cloud that surrounds this area is regarding the pay scale. Many believe that there are companies that do not believe in equal for all. However this is not the case as this is a just a misconception. It is time that men and women work in harmony and make the world a better place from all aspects.
